Mondays - pool closed for chemical treatment

The Board clarified guest attendance at our swimming pool.  Every resident of TNW can host 2 guests at the pool.  That means a family of 4 could host 8 guests.  However, the limit is 10 guests total.  If you are having more that 10 guests, you must schedule this visit as a party and will be charged a fee for an extra lifeguard. 
As of July 1^st, please contact Jan Lundy @ 281-251-0510 for your swimming pool wrist bands.  Dianne Moyihan will still be your TNW resident for pool issues.

SIGN IN: Please sign in to the pool upon arrival.  All residents in good standing with the Home Owners Association are free to use the pool.  Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

POOL PARTIES: Pool parties for residents are welcome.  Use of the pool is free to residents during regular pool hours unless extra lifeguard expense is necessary to accommodate your party.  Parties of more than 10 will be responsible for the costs of extra lifeguards on top of those already scheduled.  Should the pool become unsafe due to overcrowding, the guards are instructed to close the pool.  Please be considerate of your friends and neighbors by making your arrangements in advance. A nominal fee will be charged for parties scheduled outside pool hours.  For more information, please contact Dianne Moynihan (see newsletter).  Parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Pool maintenance is provided by Sweetwater Pools (281-988-8480).

Please note:  Use of the clubhouse and pool must be arranged separately so make your plans accordingly.  The clubhouse porch area is on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be scheduled.
